Cydia Reload Problem

For some reason, every time I reload Cydia I get a "Error: Refreshing Data" message. It really irks me and I was wondering if there was someway I could get rid of it without having to restore and reinstall Cydia. Thanks.

That's what I thought...but it's been like that since I installed Jailbreakme about two weeks ago. I think the problem is with the ultrasn0w source so I re-added it and removed it to no avail.

same thing happened here but i don't use cydia at all after unlocking the phone.
