General Cydia Sources Not Refreshing

The last time my Cydia was updated was Noon yesterday.. however I know there's a tweak that came out since then but nothing shows up in my cydia "changes"...

Is there something I can do? I've already deleted the two extra sources I had now I'm just to the stock ones that came with the jailbreak...

Do you get any errors or does it just act like it's refreshing and nothing happens?

I may be having the same problem? I haven't had anything new since about 1:30 pm yesterday. Only thing I can think of was that I ran ilex rat around that time yesterday.
