cydia trouble!!

i have jailbroken my iphone 3gs with ultrasnow as stated in the tutorials and everything seems fine but now i have a white cydia icon on the screen that wont load, which means i cant download cydia...
what could be the problem and what next???
please help

What iOS version is your iPhone on? Try rebooting the iPhone.

as a windows vista user I did the tutorial in administration mode as it stated and i had this problem with cydia, then i rebooted the same way with ultrasnow and it didnt fix the problem so i tryed it again just running ulstrasnow normaly and it worked a treat.. 😉
