Just found this tonight. It worked great at removing those annoying Cydia errors due to wrong or obsolete repo URLs.

The download link didn't work for me but you can find it at the Podulo repo...

If you install from the above repo the script installs into your usr/bin iPhone folder and it's ready to go.
Then you run the script from Mobile Terminal. Login to the root at Mobile Terminal...type in Cyfix...and the script will ask you for the URLs addresses to be removed.
Pretty slick...no longer do you need to find all the offending .plist files and remove the URLs with a test editor.
