Hi all, My Dad is currently in Scotland and his Macbook pro has locked him out. He starts the machine up and when he is prompted for his password (which he does know and has tried many times) it will no longer let him in. It worked fine earlier this morning, but now he's having issues. As he's in Scotland and the phone is $1 a minute, this is not something where he can sit on the phone with me for extended periods of time to try and fix. Does anyone know how he can get in without access to any system discs? (Yes, we tried the caps lock things and all of that). Thanks!
