Was at Knox Street at opening and they said that there would be no iPads for sale today.
Also went by the AT&T Store on Oak Lawn yesterday. They said they weren't expecting iPads for another few weeks.

Anybody seen any of the DFW apple stores receive and begin selling iPads during the day or have they been holding them for sale at the beginning of the next day? Trying to see if it's worth going to Northpark or Knox bright and early on Saturday morning or if it's best to just keep calling around throughout the day...
Thanks for confirming. Going to try calling northpark and Knox stores on Friday night and asking if they're opening early on Saturday morning. I guess I'll just head bright and early to whichever store gives me the most promising answer :/
That's what I figured. I've got an online order in already but I might as well give waiting in line one more shot, what have I got to loose?
I got in line at Knox at roughly 5am. At 7:30 an apple employee came out to hand out tickets. He got 15 people down the line and then said he was out. I was about 20-30th in line. Sounds like we all got fed a line of BS when we were told they held all shipments from this week for Sat. morning.
I plan on returning a 32 GB Black WiFi to West Plano Super Target later today unless someone wants it...

Just curious if the daily lines are getting any shorter. The last few times I stopped by (late last week) they were still around the corner of the building at 8am.

Got Mine today in Southlake!
There were about 20 people in line at the Southlake Apple Store this morning at 7am. Manager came out at 8am with cards for available iPads and there were plenty for everyone and some to boot. I wanted the black 32gb, but was forced to go white 32gb when they ran out of that one popular configuration. After 3 months missing my lost iPad, I'm back in business. Oh how I've missed this thing!
