Damage insurance for my new MBP?

Is there such a thing?
I 'm curious as to having just plopped down almost 3 large for this laptop.
Is there a policy add-on that will cover accidental drops, soda spillage, lightning strikes, nuclear detonations...etc..?

don't skip on the volcano insurance....
sure we haven't had one in a while, but don't you think we're about due?

There's third party Safeware, but I have not ever used it or read about anybody here who has used it.

I use my homeowners insurance.

Checked with my homeowners and they said coverage only for stolen electronic gizmos.
Looks like if I ever do accidentally damage the lappy.....I'll have to have it listed as "stolen"😛
