As you can see in the attached photo - Pin 1 and 3 on the left side are bent down in to the "valley" of the RAM slot. I bought the machine on eBay and it is still covered by warranty. This was probably due to improperly installed RAM. The Mac Pro obviously does not see the 16gb DIMM that is occupying the slot.

Any ideas on ways to fix?

Well you need one of those desk mounted magnifying glasses with integrated light. Move it close and with a watch screw see if you can push them. Be sure to remove any static discharge in your body or use a plastic screw!
