Dark mode keyboard?

I got a weird glitch error just now, I swiped over to the widget screen and swiped down... All of a sudden this dark keyboard that I've never seen before popped up. It's different from the dark keyboard that sometimes pops up for certain apps. anyway I was able to unlock the phone and get to the home screen but the keyboard persisted until I rebooted my phone. Anyway screen shots below

It's a glitch of some sort that has popped up for some even in iOS 9.

Thats a glitch and is in fact the keyboard that appears on the lock screen.
