As far as I remember, the build that Apple uses at keynotes are always newer than the first DP they upload.

Expect the rest of the missing features to show up in the next few months.

does anyone have screen shots?

not from WWDC... I want to see how it looks on an app

you can get a hint of it from osx's current dark transparent panels.. to see one, open an image in preview then Tools-> Adjust Color

but yeah, it'll be sweet if the toolbars etc do it too..
system wide will be okay but it'll be neat if you can do it per app..

(though i imagine(hope) the developers will have access to the new windows/elements so they could set it up as a preference in their app instead.. in other words- maybe developers now have osx access to the ui elements available in apple pro apps (fcpx, aperture))

Yep its definitely not in yet.

Also I notice our iTunes icon is blue, while in the presentation it is Red - reflecting a build more similar to iOS.

Jeeg - If you know how to change icons, in one of the threads here in the 10.10 forum, someone posted a very hi-res .png of a red iTunes icon, that you can use to replace the blue one, if you want.

Yeah I just re-watched that portion and it was on the presentation not during his demo.

Also, the build they were using at WWDC is a later version than DP1 (as is always the case). My guess is we won't see dark mode until DP3 at the earliest, since they still haven't even changed all the icons over at this time.
