Coke spilt on the screen side of my iPhone. I let it dry for a couple of weeks. Then took it apart to assess the damage. I put it back together, and turned it on.

The screen is really really dark. I turned up the Brightness, it didn't make a difference. AND the "home" button does not work, I cannot get out of the settings. The only way I can get out of what ever app I am in, is to turn it off and turn it back on.

How can I fix this? What parts do I need? Where can I get them?

Also, I tried the voice recorder. It can hear me, but it doesn't save the voice memo. I hope all I have to do is reinstall this app and the other apps are fine.

I think if you return the broken phone they will give you a replacement at 200$ I'm not sure about this can anyone confirm?

For water damage, yes, the best you'll probably be able to do is get a new one for $200 as an out of warranty replacement.
