Dark Screen on MacBook Pro ??

The Screen on my MacBook Pro 1.83 Mhz
seems a bit dark.
Is there anyway you can tweak it to make it Brighter ??

If you are running on battery, you can tell OS X to NOT reduce the brightness in the Energy Saver preference pane.

Press f2 repeatedly.

also note that the macbook screens have a "warm-up" time.

i was just told that TFT screens have a half life and get dimmer over time.
that kinda sucks...

such is the benefit of LED screens.

I'm hoping that i will be able to retrofit mine when needed...or i'll just buy a new laptop.
