Jailbreak Dark Screen

hello my background picture is very dark and on the bottom where the docks is there its fully black and i have changed the picture but its still very dark and i have the brightness on full. i have iphone 4 ios 6.1.3 and once im in a folder then the picture is normal and bright but when im on homescreen then its dark. please help me fix this. ( i have jailbreak ) and i have deleted every previously tweaks but its still dark
