dark theme in Outlook

How can i set a dark theme in Outlook (iOS12) so that it will be less bright at nighttime?

The app doesn't currently have a dark mode. They mentioned it would be added, but that was a while ago.

With iOS13 around the corner and a system-wide dark mode, I wouldn't expect any changes before then

The equivalent Yahoo app doesn't have one either, but using the themes it can make a lookalike one. Ive done this in both the webmail versions of Yahoo and Outlook on my iMac in ElCapitan 😉
