Hi All,

A few months ago I bought a Das Keyboard Pro 4 with the blue switches for my Mac Pro. I absolutely love it.

It worked like a charm for all that time until now. Lately the shift keys don't work. To make a capital letter I have to Caps Lock.

I thought it might be the keyboard setup but no matter what I do it doesn't work.

As a disclaimer, someone at a party spilled liquid near the keyboard--not on it--and the whole keyboard looks clean and clicks like there's no tomorrow. I only bring this up because the only thing I could find online about non-working keys for mechanical keyboards is spills. But that's sticky wet keys. I don't have that.

I can't find anything online in searches. Das Keyboard's support sucks and in fact their warranty says to go back to the retailer I got it from, which is Amazon.

Any help or experience with this?

Amazon is very good with returns/exchange. Go to your orders and fill in the request.
