Dashboard always appears?

I don't know what I'm doing with the trackpad or mouse but for some reason Dashboard keeps popping up. Its really annoying. Is there anyway to stop this?

Check System Preferences to see if it is set to be activated by a hot corner. While you're there, check which key is set to trigger it. 🙂
