Dashboard can be disabled! :D

For those that don't use it, you can use the old commands that have been available since 10.4 to disabled it.

Code:

defaults write com.apple.dashboard mcx-disabled -boolean YES
kilall Dock

or to re-enabled:

Code:

defaults write com.apple.dashboard mcx-disabled -boolean NO
kilall Dock

Now when you scroll to the left on the first Space, there's nothing there, it completely disappears from Mission Control too!

Or just: System Preferences > Expose & Spaces > Expose > Uncheck "Show Dashboard as a space"
