iPhone "Dashboard X" not working AT ALL.

When I hold my hold screen until it jiggles, there are no 'open spaces' to select to insert a widget. Rendering this tweak obsolete, while I payed for it.

What am I doing wrong here?!!?!?!!?

Once you're in wiggle mode, you tap and hold again for the widget menu

When i get to the edit screen and hold down the menu is NOT loading up just wasted 2 dollars
