Hi everybody,

Earlier yesterday, I installed Dashboard X (I'll just call it DX for simplicity purposes), and it was working quite well. However, today I stupidly installed a tweak that required me to restore, and re-jailbreak my iPad 3. Upon returning, I had quite a few Hash Sum errors, so I fixed that, and almost all of my tweaks finally installed without a hitch (Swipeselection, iFile, Quasar, etc). DX also downloaded, however after respringing my springboard, I was stuck in a safe mode "loop". After removing DX, I was out. I've tried removing and reinstalling it, rebooting my iPad, but nothing seems to work. Any ideas (I REALLY want to keep using DX)?

Thanks a bunch in advance!

I can't even download any of the widgets for it. I can only download DX itself. Pretty useless if you ask me.

I have had a springboard crash while it was on my iPad though. I got too annoyed with it.

DX works fine with my new iPad. I have a few widgets installed.

I had more problems with DX last night. I started installing a couple NC add-on's as I discovered they work with DX as well. The Omni one worked fine, the FB one completely crashed DX and the springboard over and over, so I had to get rid of that one quick. Then, out of nowhere, without adding anything to DX, just when I thought everything was fine, DX went crazy again. Freezing, stuttering and it deactivated my home button. Once I got rid of DX, things were better. The homescreen was snappier. I'll wait for them to update it.

I had a similar experience as well. When it worked, DX crashed twice and I had to remove all widgets (or just DX) to get my springboard out of the safe mode loop.

I really hope the dev updates it soon-- I love the app...

I GOT IT WORKING! Okay, so if you find that DX keeps crashing, once you are in safe mode, navigate into where you edit the enabled widgets, and delete all that say 'null'. After doing that, it should respring and everything works (it even kept my widgets in place where they originally were!).

Also, to those who face problems with Dashboard X after it is installed, try deleting all widgets (not DX) and respringing. Then reinstall your widgets-- that's what I did with an early problem.

Also, if you have problems with keyboard lag, it's probably because you installed the nyan cat widget :p

The null widget problem seems to occur occasionally for me, so this is a quick fix.

PS: they updated Quasar to support retina
