Data Amounts Used for Video Apps?

Can anyone point me to somewhere where it specifies how much data is used streaming video? I normally use the NBC and ABC apps and Hulu+.

Wondering how many MB a 1/2 hour or hour TV show is on average...
 
You can find this out for yourself.

Reset your Cellular Usage Statistics, watch a show, and then see how much data has been received. I watched an episode on the Hulu+ app and received 150MB.
