I have a 2GB data cap on my iPhone 4S for Verizon, when I go to settings and then to the cellular data usage section, there is a sent and recieved section. So does the data cap mean that you can basically send 500 MB and receive 1.5GB? Or is it 2GB just sent or just recieved?

It's added up. So 1.2 received and 0.8 uploaded would count as 2GB
