Data Doubler and installation on two hard drives

I am installing a data doubler. Is is possible to dedicate one hard drive to osx and the other to windows? Do I use bootcamp and am I am creating one partition on one of the hard drives? I have been searching all over but can't find an exact answer, maybe I am using the wrong phrases. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes you can dedicate one entire drive to Windows 🙂
