Data Plan and Text for 3g Iphone???

Will the new $30 data plan include 200 text messages for the 3g iphone??? It was included with the original iphone for $20...
 
yup they're extra which is pretty much a ripoff =[....hopefully the aim app will work for free of charge..wich then you can sms ur herat out through there =]!!
