I have a friend that just got back from greece and her 4gb SD card appears empty with none of the pictures she took on it. What is the best data recovery software for Mac? Is there any free stuff out there that works good? Any tips or tricks? Also if she uses Windows is it better to use a windows based computer to try and retrieve or will it make no difference?

Ofcourse there is a wonderful Mac Data Recovery software called Stellar Phoenix Macintosh Data Recovery which can easily recover your all stuffs including photos,videos, and more...The software provides a free trail version which shows you the recoverable files on preview, I think you must try this Mac Recovery application..Gud luck
