Data Rescue

Has anyone used Data Rescue lately....

Heading over to help a friend out later.
Deleted a important folder, emptied trash and no TM/backups.


I'm planning to run Data Rescue.....we'll see how that goes.

Tell your friend to stop using his/her computer. If he/she continues to use it the deleted space may be overwritten and the file will be lost. There is a chance that the Data Rescue CD will not boot his/her Mac. Therefore you may want to have an external drive to run it from.
