I have this weird random issue with my iPhone 13 pro max where data stops for a min or 2 a few times a day. I have full 5G signal. I notice cannot get to any websites nor can I make or receive calls. It still have the full 5G signal. This happens randomly mainly at work where I do not use wifi. It always recovers and is fine and I get about 60mbps. I don't know if this is a phone issue or tower/carrier. Has anyone experienced this? I'm on ATT. I've reset network settings.

It can be a tower issue and not related to your phone. Best way to try it out is to check during a day where you are located in an area you don't frequent and stay there a good while.

If the issue goes away, it means the issue is the cell tower you are usually connected to. Otherwise, you already did troubleshooting for Apple to replace your phone.

However, before going thru with that test, try restoring your phone and setting up as new to check if the issue persists.
