I am looking to sell my old 2006 Macbook Pro. Currently it is being used as my wife's iPhone itunes platform/backup. Is there an easy way to transfer this info to a new user account on my new Macbook pro??

    TIA for the help!!!:D

Time Capsule and external Hard Drive?
    think that would be easiest.

I would just create new account on new on with same everything.

I do have the entire computer backed up using time capsule. Would I just create a new user account and retrieve the image from the time capsule?

I have notice there is a place in the setup where it asks you if you already own a mac.
havent tried it but probly do that there. or boot from cd with the mbp and there is an option there.

I guess I should not have said "new" Macbook pro. Its been in use for a couple of months now as my main computer. I created a new account for the data from the old computer. Just trying to figure out the easiest way to get it there. I will try to boot from the cd though and see what happens.
