Data Usage App?

Is there such a thing as a Data Usage App? I was in a coffee shop last week and they had a free hour of WiFi with a 100MB limit.

But it ocurred to me I had no way of checking how much of 100MB I had left, other than checking the providers online page which popped up when i logged on.

I have a iPod Touch 3G
