Is there any type of app out there that can break down exactly where I'm using my data for my iphone? I have an 8gb verizon plan and I use both google maps (1x week approx.) and spotify (pretty regularily). Trying to figure out which one is sucking the data the most. I don't really use anything else. Verizon has a breakdown of the data usage by day and time but curious to know if I can break that down by what app is using it so I can adjust.

Thanks guys

You can download the My Verizon app.

I use the iPhone's settings to check cellular data usage.

Settings > Cellular

It should show how much data for every app you're using.

I reset the statistics every month during the cut off date.

Thanks I went ahead and did that. I assume it isn't possible to have it auto reset once you start a new billing cycle?

It won't auto re-set, but if you are on Wi-Fi at home, then you can always reset your data counter before you leave for the day. Thats what I do...

There are not a lot of data counters that I can think of that doesn't do something to proxy your data to save on your allowance...

If you need to stretch your data I suggest the app called Onavo.
