Resolved Date in status bar

I'm using StatusBarCustomClock 4 on my iPhone 5 and it's perfect. It saved me from installing SBSettings since I already use NCSettings instead.

This is my preferred string: E M/d - h:mm a
For example, right now it shows Wed 2/6 - 3:55 PM

I use DateCarrier. Date mm/dd replaces the carrier name.
