iPhone XS Max - iOS 14.0 (yesterday)
Watch Series 4 44mm w/cellular - Watch OS 7 (yesterday)

Did the whole Beta thing on Watch OS 7....immediately noticed that the day/date complication is gone for almost every watch face. I use the Infograph watch face exclusively. Figured it was just left out or 'in process'. Then the official OS hit yesterday....and hardly any watch faces have the day/date complication available?

Am I missing something? And if not, what's up with removing that option!?!

Is day/date complication available for various watch faces on Series 5 & 6?

So.....figured this out. I don't use the Apple Calendar app. Wasn't installed on my iPhone. Use a third party app for this functionality on my iPhone (Calendar Op.2). It ties into the iCal functionality. Calendar Op.2 doesn't have a watch app, so I just have it mirror the notifications on my watch. Works nicely, all I need.

With both Apple's Calendar and Calendar Op.2 installed (previously, Watch OS 6)....was getting dual notifications, so I uninstalled the Apple Calendar app. Guess I didn't notice it took away the Calendar app adding the complication that shows the day/date. It must've been about the same time I got on the Watch OS Beta 7 train....

I'll just setup to remove notifications from the Apple Calendar app, but since it's installed, will be able to keep it's day/date function as a watch complication. Sheesh.......FWP for sure, just like to see the day/date on my watch(es).
