BrownManUPS macrumors 6502a Mar 9, 2008 #7 It's not going to be on your iPod touch, it is on your mac. And when you sync your touch with the mac, it will update the time settings for you.

Actually, I found that my iPod touch updated itself automatically, without connecting to the computer. I'm guessing that it determines DST rules based on what time zone you select in Preferences->General->Date and Time
