dba-tech common fails

Everytime I try to install a package, it says that it's going to install dba-tech common, yet it always fails. Any ideas how to fix it?
 
it's a while ago so you have probably fixed it.

just uninstall dba-tech common and will sort it out and reinstall it afterwards.
