De-authorising when I-tunes can't get the Store up?

Hi, the I-tunes on my emac can't access the store, and therefore I can't seem to de-authorise the machine, is there a way round this? Possibly contacting Apple direct. Sorry if this is a dumb Q, or has been dealt with elsewhere but my search failed.😕

Failing that, contacting itunes support staff will help you.
