Dead Monitor Spot

There is about a 2x2inch spot in the bottom right of my View Sonic 19crt monitor that is basically dead. Not missing pixels or anything it just wont let me click anything that is there. It has to be a software issue im thinking. For instance if i put my itunes there i cant move it or drag it or if im on a webstie watever is in that area I cant click the hand icon never comes up jus the arrow.If there is a scroll bar near that i cant use it, its like nothing is there. Any suggestions?

 

wow you might have hit it on its head, I got Onyx and i set the expose to box together in that exact spot lemme try to change it and see what happens.
