So I just realized I had a dead pixel. I don’t have AppleCare. Will they fix this issue for me at apple? Or is their a way I can fix it?

You will get new phone ..you have 1-2 years warranty dead pixels are manufacture warranty unless it’s broken / water damaged
Impossible to fix. Apple will most likely replace the screen or even the whole phone. I had a piece of dust about the size of a pixel underneath the glass on my 11 pro and they replaced the screen. If you're in your return window i would just exchange it.
