Dead pixel

Hey guys, just wondering if this would be considered a dead pixel on my screensaver? I just bought this Mac(Air, M1).

It moves when I activate mission control, and stays the same color. Changing wallpapers does nothing, and it gets slightly darker in dark mode.

Any ideas?

Edit: Seems to be gone! Just restarted the Mac and poof.(I couldn't restart it earlier since I was working.)
