Hi, I'm new here 😀

Well I joined the Mac Family today by purchasing a MBP, and the iTouch that came free w/ it 🙂 (as well as a printer xD)

When I turned on the MBP (just now) I noticed a black dot in the middle of the screen 😕

Is there a way to remove this pixel stuck @ black? or would Apple replace the defected screens?

Thanks!

I believe that Apple's policy is 3 stuck pixels, at which point they will replace the screen.

Thanks for all the quick replies! As of now, I'm trying out the first app recommended: the lcd scrub. It seems that I have to run that for a very long time, so I'll be checking out more things to do on my MBP on my "main" pc rig 😛
