Hello everyone, i am still new here!

I am dealing with some problems with my 6 Plus screen. I have at least 1 dead pixel under the area where the carrier is. And the second one is at down side of the screen at the right corner in white wallpapers i am seeing this, it might also be a dead pixel? I don't know if it is because it's not so dark like the other one.

So people i need some advises, in my country we don't have an Apple Store and only Premium Re-sellers and those re-sellers are sending them for service at UK's Stores or Dutch Apple Store.

My question is, should i ask to replace only the screen because i like my phone been in 8.3 iOS, or to let them replaced the phone with a refurbished one?

Also If i send now my phone for replacing with a refurbished one the new phone would have the new iOS 9 installed? My 6 Plus is the 128GB White Silver.

And one more, if they replace my phone with a refurbished phone that phone would have the same quality as the original phone that i bought? Or might have scuffs or scratches?

Thank you people, sorry for the long post.

You should not be able to tell the refurb from new. A warning though as it can have problems just like your current phone or even worst. If the dead pixel is really bothering you then go for it.

Yes. However, Apple's refurbs tend to be meticulously reviewed for any issues before given out to customers and they have a sterling reputation, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks for telling me that!

Yeah it's my first time that i am doing this
Yes. Hope that does not happen but if the replacement is defective, they will send you another.

I hope it doesn't

Also has anyone know if those devices the refurbished ones have the iOS 9? Because i would like to have one without it.
But i can't ask for more if they are replacing my iphone.

In all honesty, I won't worry at all. If you got Apple Care, this will be rather smooth. Heck, they may even replace it for free if it's completely clean of any evidence of wrong doing. I also +1 on refurbs tending to be very trustworthy if picked up through Apple. You should be in good hands. Best of luck!

EDIT: WHOOPS! Meant to reference OP.

I would think if you can do the trade now, it would not have OS9 on it but sooner or later they will come that way.

So far OS9 has not presented any problems for me

Not sure. Maybe someone can help. Have you talked to Apple and they know it is coming?

Apple Calling Center in Greece told me to speak with the re-sellers first and then they take the phone and they will send it. So i don't know what to do about the packaging in the Calling Center they didn't told me anything about what i should do for the packaging.

The phone that i revieved is even worst! 4 dead pixels i am calling back the apple care service for another replacment.

After 3 replacements phones today the last one that i received was an AMAZING device! I have some years to hold an iPhone and the phone to be pure white and not yellowish just the other iPhone 5S & iPhone 6 Plus (tho original bought at 24 December)

Anyway i feel that after those 3 replacements that 4th iPhone is WHAT it should be at the first place!
