Any product with an LCD has a chance of arriving with dead pixels. Just return it for a new one.

Just went through 3 tvs until I got one without a dead pixel. This can happen with any lcd display. Its not a ipad only issue.

I have two dead pixels. One on top and one on the bottom. Otherwise it's perfect.
