Dead pixels on iPhone o what?

I drop my 1st gen iPhone in the street and this happens... any suggestion??

They do not look like the avarage dead pixel, but you might want to DFU your iphone then restoer, take it to appel and see what they say.

Dead is "black and unresponsive".

Your panel is broken. Warped, stretched, whatever happened to it to break those pixels. Take it to Apple and get it replaced/fixed.

Restore it then take it to Apple then unlock again when youvget it fixed or buy a new phone.

The warranty is probably voided if they see that you dropped it.
