iPad Air Dead pixels on new iPad Air 4

The Air 4 I used last night - no dead pixels and no light bleed. It was perfect.

yep, that's how it is once your return window closes.

Warranty applies if the product is defective. I didn’t choose to return the iPad, it had dead pixels. Apple replaced it with a brand new unit.

Indeed! I think the store having no stock of my particular iPad helped, they had to order one in.

Congratulations! Thank goodness they gave you a new one, was going to say I would also lose it if they gave me a refurb, not sure how a situation like this would have gone down here in South Africa, but I would have made a big noise about it.

I had a 2021 Alienware m17 r3 laptop with a faulty logic board. The thing was only 3 days old and they wanted to repair it with refurb parts.
£2300 3 days old and refurbished parts for repair?

I just gave it them back and told them to refund Me. Bought the m1 MBP instead. Got hold of a PS5 and saved a load of cash
