    Hi,

Wife has 2-3 dead pixels on her new 3g, would Apple accept an exchange? Or AT&T?

Take it to Apple. AT&T will probably do nothing.

AT&T will do nothing and will tell you to contact apple. apple.... apple will be a craps shoot.... I've had issues with stuck pixels in the past and now actually and some geniuses will exchange it without an issue and others will cite the apple policy that you need at least 12 to 15 for them to exchange the phone.

    Good luck!

Yeah, I think it depends on who you get at the apple store. Definitely worth a try though. My friend exchanged his b/c of dead pixels and I'm pretty sure he had a bit less than 15.
