Dead strip + Move icons

I caught my daughter sucking my phone and now the top two rows of icons don't work.

Does anyone know a way to rearrange the order of the icons via my Mac? I need to move some of my important Apps down to the lower rows where I can access them.

I'm running 2.0 on a jail broken first gen.

sorry, i don't think there is a legit way to do this, you may have to jailbreak and use an app from cydia to do it
