Dealing with a Shipper

So I bought an xbox 360 and send the money on March 9th through paypal. The last day I got a message was March 12th and nothing since then. What should I do now? I wouldn't care too much about it if it was under $150 but this is $450 of my money.

How did you pay? PayPal? Charge Card? Wire Transfer? Money order?
What was the agreement for shipping method / insurance?

Come on, don't make us guess here if you want real advice.

I take it they didn't send you a tracking number?
Have you contacted the shipper since?
you kept your email confirmation from paypal i hope?
