iPhone Dealing with other than photos?

What do you do with all your pics that aren't photos you've taken (screenshots, saved images etc)? I really don't want these in my photo albums...

Good apps for this maybe? All suggestions welcomed 🙂

Upload to dropbox and delete them from your cameral roll.
