Amazon has deepened a discount on the 40mm GPS Apple Watch Series 6 today, dropping the price of the (Product)RED model to $319.99, down from $399.00. This model was most recently on sale for $329.00 in the wake of Memorial Day, and although it's still not at the lowest price we've ever seen it, it's still a solid sale.

Eh, was $250 in April during a fire sale. I would hold out for another this close to Apple Watch 7 release.

My AW series 4 still works fine, I'll see if series 7 will be worth upgrading.

I series 3 worth $99 at this point? Sure that's 50% off current MSRP, but S3 chip in that device is 4 years old and Apple silicon tends to have sizeable jumps in performance between generations.
My launch day S3 GPS still works just fine. The only annoyance is updates. It is acceptably fast in every app I run. It replaced a S0 and it has aged 1000x better than the S0 did. People like to crap on the S3s now but they’re still solid watches.

I wonder if they'll ever again make Product Red watches....

This color seems inordinately unpopular, just based upon the amount of sales and the level of discount.
It has been relentlessly on a "fire sale" of sorts.

Red does seem to be like quite a "statement" to have on your wrist. It also seems to complicate the band pairing choices a bit.

Probably no more Apple Watches for me until battery life is at least 2 days. Tired of finding it almost dead on the way out the door, and packing the puck to stay overnight somewhere. Well, unless the Series 7 is otherwise mind-blowing…
