Verizon today introduced a new all-time low price on the AirPods 3 with Lightning Charging Case, available for $134.99, down from $169.99. This beats the previous record low price on the headphones by $5, and right now only Verizon has the deal.

Additionally, the AirPods 3 with MagSafe Charging Case is down to $144.00 on Verizon, from $179.00. This is the best price we've tracked so far this year on the MagSafe model.

Deals on the AirPods 3 were rare earlier in 2023, but in the past few weeks Verizon has finally kicked off fresh discounts, leading up to today's low prices. Shoppers should remember that you don't need to be a Verizon customer to take advantage of these deals.

Verizon also has the year's best prices on other AirPods models, including the AirPods Pro 2 for $199.99 ($50 off) and the AirPods 2 for $89.99 ($39 off).

We track sales for every model of the AirPods in our Best AirPods Deals guide, so be sure to bookmark that page while you shop around for the wireless headphones. Keep up with all of this week's best discounts on Apple products and related accessories in our dedicated Apple Deals roundup.

I got these recently after returnring my Airpods Pro after 2 weeks due to them not fitting in my ears and causing a great deal of pain.

I actually think the Airpods 3 are better sounding than the Pros. Not a fan of the way noice cancelling feels/sounds. I recommend these. They are way more comfortable, at least for me. I don't know why they aren't as popular yet.

100% agree. I have the original pros and havent used them since getting these. These do fall out but very rarely and only with sudden movement, essentially like my pros. I dont love the plugged up feeling either and these sound awesome

Record-low? Yes

No. Record low price on 3rd gen AirPods was $129.99 in Dec. 2022

Perhaps what the MR's bot meant was it's a record low from an "affiliate partner"

Oh... really. A staff needs to correct this then!
Maybe something like "near record-low" instead..

I think they aren’t a significant enough upgrade vs. AirPods 2, especially when those are regularly on sale for $89-$99. Also, for me at least, AirPods 2 are more comfortable. If AirPods 4 get volume controls, I might be convinced to upgrade. Unfortunately, the Pros hurt my ears.

Still on Gen 2 myself and not sure if 3's will fit as well. (Hopefully mine will last awhile longer.) I'm also not a fan of inner-ear designs, so the Pros are a no go!

Hopefully by the time I'm ready to replace mine, the 3's will be at a sweet price point.

I wanted to like this (vs my AP1 and AP2's), but the "bulb" got just big enough where I don't find them nearly as comfortable.

The AP3 doesn't "disappear in my ear" like the AP1 and AP2 do -- thus I keep rolling with my AP2's

I'll have to pay attention if those ever get discontinued and buy another set of AP2s I guess
