I have had problems as well. During the warranty period, Apple replaced the right earbud twice as it was not charging. At the Apple Store, they did not think it was the charging case. Now the issue has returned 1 month out of the warranty period. Ugh. I had the originals and they were problem free for about 3 years before the batteries died. I want to get new ones, but I am waiting for the transition to USB-C.

Same here, but got used to it after a few months. What I have not gotten used to is how often they fall out compared to the AP1/AP2. I do like the sound better in the AP3.

Uh, the AirPods Pro 2 came out like 5 months ago. AirPods Pro 3 won't be out for another 2 to 3 years based on prior AirPods release dates.
