Apple's new AirPods Pro 2 with USB-C/MagSafe Charging Case have returned to their all-time low price of $199.99 on Amazon, down from $249.00. We haven't seen this deal since Prime Day earlier in the month, and right now the AirPods Pro 2 have an estimated arrival date between October 31 and November 4.

If you want a bit more of a discount, and don't need USB-C, Amazon has the AirPods Pro 2 with Lightning/MagSafe Charging Case for $189.00, down from $249.00. Stock on this model appears to be a bit strained, and we've seen the discount come and go frequently this morning. If you don't see it, be sure to check back later.

There are a few minor changes to the AirPods Pro 2 besides the addition of USB-C, including additional dust resistance and support for lossless audio with the Vision Pro headset. Apple doesn't sell the USB-C/MagSafe Charging Case separately, so if you want USB-C support you'll have to purchase a full new set of earbuds.

We've begun tracking all of the season's best deals in our dedicated Black Friday Roundup, so be sure to bookmark the page and visit it throughout the season as you do your online shopping. Our roundup mainly focuses on Apple products and related tech accessories.

Update: As of October 31, AirPods Pro 2 are now available for an even lower price of $189.99.

I bought these this wknd to replace a 3.5 yr old pair of regular 2nd gens that finally bit the dust last week. It sounds like they’ll be a huge upgrade for me!

(Might grab another pair for my wife as a Christmas present as she still rocks the same 2nd gen regulars.)

If Apple had some sort of trade up / recycling program, I'd probably jump on this sooner. For now, I'm stuck dealing with my left Pro bud randomly letting outside noise in while I mow the lawn...

Check that the mic ports are clean. If they get clogged they can't "hear" the noise in order to output the corresponding waveform that cancels it out.

Definitely not worth $10 savings to keep lightning hanging around.
Especially since they upgraded more than just the port. Apple is doing this more lately and it’s weird and I don’t like it. Should have replaced the Lightning version with these, and the Pencil 1 with a full USB-C replacement.

Agree on all.

I bought a pair for $200 recently and was shocked on good they sound. It's kind of spooky how the ANC works so well. And they charge nicely form my Watch wireless charger puck.

A huge improvement from my gen 1 AirPods.

Good deal. Definitely better to go for the one with USB C
Why is usbc better on AirPods ? how many of us have too many lightning cables laying around the house.

usbc AirPods not like you are transferring data to them.

dont really understand the push for usbc on these IMO

The all time low price for the USB-C version is 189.99. I picked them up at that price when they had their October Prime Days Sale... Still 199.99 it a good price as well.

Well they also uniquely support hifi audio on the Vision Pro. While this is essentially useless right now and will be niche for a long time, it is a sign that they have something else besides USB-C that the Lightning ones don’t which may be useful in the future.

Better to just get the USB-C ones and your first of many USB-C cables. If you really don’t have any USB-C ones lying around either, now’s the time to start.
